Our handmade articles are unique in their own way, so please note some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, colour, block, design etc. are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. Let’s not think of a difference in color, irregular weave, or print or a stitch as a defect. Handmade items are a manifestation of human love and perseverance and should be cherished as our cultural heritage.

At Gyans we have a friendly shipping policy. We take great care in delivering your products to you, and we have partnered with reputed national and international couriers.

Each product we showcase is unique and handwoven, therefore shipping time may vary. Shipping details are provided on the product page for each product.

Our logistics partners deliver shipment to you between Monday through Saturday 9am to 7pm. Normally orders placed before 1 pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected/unforeseen travel delays from our courier partners or bad weather conditions and strikes, etc.

Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time specified herewith.

Exchange

Our exchange policy is simple, below is the detailed description of the same:

Eligible products (not your fit, damaged, wrong color, wrong product, defective) will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information. 

We have some products which are not eligible for return. Only regular products are eligible for exchange, items listed as sale/discount return are not covered under this category.  Please be careful which products are eligible for exchange while purchasing.

Our team must receive and approve your exchange request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed point.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should upload an image while raising a return request or share a photo at [email protected] of the damaged product with the Bar Code. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send the product back to us.

Upon authorization of returns, we will love to offer you an exchange or refund. You can choose to get a full amount refund automatically on your original credit card or debit card used for payment or any other payment method used. Please note that refund shall be initiated in 7 working days of receipt of product by Gyans Team. Product will be eligible for full refund if it has been received damaged or defective or sent by error.  Processing of returns takes one week.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

In case of an exchange, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
