RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

To return an item, the customer must write to us at contact@gyans.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91 8860910086 which remains open 11am-8pm IST all through the week.

 

  • If the dissatisfaction is minor and can be readily rectified by a return, please INFORM us at contact@gyans.com or +918860910086. Courier charges paid by the customer for sending back the product shall be issued as a credit against future purchases.Courier charges to send it back are free.

 

  • In case the client is dissatisfied with the product, please RETURN it within 48 hours of receipt of courier. After this period no returns should be accepted. Courier charges paid by the customer for returning the product shall be issues as a credit against future purchases.

 

Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:


a)    Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.

b)    Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

c)    We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

 

CANCELLATION

Order to be cancelled within 6 hours of placing an order. For cancelling the order get in touch by sending an email giving your order number to contact@gyans.com

“Processed” by us, the order cannot be canceled. Gyans.com has complete rights to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by gyans.com and accept the decision regarding the cancellation. Gyans.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by gyans.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user.
